The Mercy cuffs are made from heavy Black rubber. The main band is made from 40mm wide 3mm thick rubber and the lining layer is made from 75mm wide 1.5mm thick rubber. The cuffs are strong and comfortable to wear and use stainless steel (304 & 316) and nickle free hardware.
